We have a multisite with two superadmin users. Jetpack is network enabled.

    The issue is with publicise.

If I have enabled the link to WordPress.com then I can see the options to say link to a Facebook account but the other Superadmin cannot. They get the message that they need to link to WordPress.com

If they disable the link and then enable it they can see the publicise configuration page and I cannot. It seems to depend on the user that activated the link.

It makes administration difficult especially as each time we enable/disable Jetpack returns to the default set of options.

Have I missed something or is this the way it is?

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

Could the second super admin go to the Jetpack menu in the site’s dashboard, and then click on “My Jetpack”? They will be able to link their account to their own WordPress.com account without breaking the existing connection you’ve set up as the first super admin.

Each user on the site will be able to link their account by following these steps, and that will consequently enable each post author to connect their own Social Media accounts to the site.

    I hope this helps.

    Jeremy,

Thanks for this and sorry to take so long to reply.

That seems to fix the issue.

    Regards
    Drew
