Multiple Menues

Hi,
If i have two languages, can i make two main menues, and have an option to select the menu based on the language, or lets say a value inside the post, or some other way?
or lets say that i can select the main menu from each page?Regards.
and if u don’t have this, do u know of a plugin that can help in this way?
