Multiple Menu Selections to extract data from CSV

  • Have looked around the WP plugins depository but nothing seems to actually fit this application-

    Basically, trying to create a menu box (vertical stack of 4 selections) on a page, which then calls from a either database or CSV file, combination of items required as follows:

    Selection 1: >Item< ——> six options
    Selection 2: >Item< ——> four options
    Selection 3: >Item< ——> nine options
    Selection 4: >Item< ——> three options

    With the results dynamically compiled on a new page.
    Any thoughts how to do this would be a great help!
