Multiple Menu Selections to compile data on new page

  • Need to create a menu box (vertical stack of 4 selections) on a page, which then calls from either a database or CSV file, final combination of items required as follows:

    Selection 1: >MenuItem< ——> six options
    Selection 2: >MenuItem< ——> four options
    Selection 3: >MenuItem< ——> nine options
    Selection 4: >MenuItem< ——> three options

    With the results dynamically compiled on a new page.
    Any thoughts how to do this would be a great help!
