  • currently you have to add each marker manually – with the next release there will be an API available you can use. With a later pro release there will also be the possibility to import markers via csv/xls

OK … that’s to bad for me … in the mean time – I tried that and it didn’t work .. and yes the marker was assigned to the correct layer.

Is this correct? Create layer – publish – click add marker to this layer(go through the steps) click add marker. Then repeat the process?

Also since I will be using the same general map location for each of the 15 maps I need to make … can I have the map default to my location and not the current European one?

    Thanks,
    Bill

    Hi Bill,

if you want to add multiple markers to one layer map, the process you described is correct for the first time. On each next marker to add to this layer map, you can also select “Add new marker” and select the layer you want to add it to via the dropdown box “Layer” (which has the default value “not assigned to a layer”).

    Regarding changing the default location:
    1. switch to the advanced editor and copy the lat and lon values for the new default location you would like to use
    2. navigate to Settings / Map Defaults / Default values for new marker maps
    3. past the lat & lon values from step 1 into the fields “Latitude” and “Longitude”.
    4. Press button “Save changes” at bottom.
    That′s it.
    best,

    Robert
