Multiple lost password pages

I’d like to create a page that displays the lost password form but with slightly different instructions based on whether the user is already logged in or not.

I tried creating an “update password” page and using this shortcode:

[theme-my-login default_action=”lostpassword” lostpassword_template=”updatephassword-form.php]

All that’s displayed, though, is “You’re logged in!”.

How can I setup multiple instances of the lostpassword form?
