Multiple Loops – only show posts in specific 2 cats

    I’m trying to write multiple loops for my frontpage..

    I want it to first display the last post in both the HEADLINE + NEWS category.. I then want the next loop to display the last 5 posts in both the FEATURED + NEWS category.. and then the next loop to display all other stories in the NEWS category..

    any ideas what I need to do to select the correct posts from the correct categories.
