Multiple Lists

Is there not a way to have a specific product purchase make the user go into a specific list?

So product A > list A
Product B > List B

I have a customer who has 5 products, 1 product is a course and they need to be added to the premium list to get updates just for students, but we don’t want all orders regardless of the product putting people in this list.

I thought there might be a meta box on the edit product page to choose it but there’s not.
