Multiple line in textarea custom field error javascript

  • Bonjour,

    I have a problem with the Textarea for Description in the EA Form.

    My problem is when multiple lines are entered, the form is not sent. The
    appointment is saved as Reservation and the user trying to submit
    appointment get the console error:

    Uncaught TypeError: response.responseJSON is undefined
    req https://example.fr/wp/wp-content/plugins/easy-appointments/js/frontend-bootstrap.js?ver=3.5.2:973

frontend-bootstrap.js:973:17

    No mail is sent neither to worker or booking user and no field is recorded in DB.

    The only thing I get is in Dashboard a new appointment is created with the status Reservation while I disabled this status in EA settings.

    Did you have time to look at my problem?

    You can try on this page and the problem is occurring on different websites:

    When you enter 1 line in description, no problem, the appointment is recorded and sent to both Worker and Invite.

    If you try with 2 lines, the form is blurred as if it was sent but no message is displayed (Done message), no email is sent neither to worker or invite but an appointment is created with status Reservation, as mentionned in my previous question.

    Can you please help?
