multiple levels does not show content

    Hi,

    I have combined PaidMemberships Pro with WP Courseware and I have created multiple courses with different membership levels. The first course that I made contained 33 units and works great.

    Now I have added different levels to give students access to different sections of the course. I have set all details correct, but when I have a user that subscribed to one of the new courses and visits the member area he get the message “This content is for Big Data Course members only.” (which is the first course I made that worked) even though that user has paid for the content and is subscribed to the right level. How can I fix that the user sees the right content that is linked to that level?

  • Hey Mark,

    If you have everything set up correctly, your membership levels should be restricting content correctly.. I just created a similar setup on my dev server. When you say, “you have all details correct”, are you absolutely positive?

    Are you using the Paid Memberships Pro tab under Training Courses to restrict access? Are you positive each user has the correct level?

    Hi Jess,

    Yes I am sure I have installed everything correctly. I have now been able to show the different levels under the main level, as I have installed it. So the Big Data Course level has access to session 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. When logged in, I see the titles of these sessions, I can click on it, see the quiz but I does not give me access to the video content (Flowplayer on secured AWS).

    Any idea how this is possible?

    I was too quick, I had one checkbox not checked. All works now
