    I would like different layouts on different pages. How can I make this happen?

    Thank you for your email.
    For the multi gallery on pages. You can generate new shortcode via YotuWP > Shortcode Generator
    Then turn on custom setting as screenshot https://prnt.sc/poiiry

    After that, paste the shortcode into your page and get gallery work.
