    Hello Farahkh,

Thank you for your interest in our filtering plugin!

The filtering problem on your shop page may be caused by the usage of non-latin slugs for Woocommerce product taxonomies and their terms. Please try following the instructions offered by this article of our Troubleshoot page to see if it fixes the issue.

    Hello again,
I have other issues with the filter:
-in the English website, the filter is showing a number of products from some categories, but when I select it says “No products were found matching your selection.” in the original language it is showing fine.
-the price filter is showing on the English site and not in the Arabic one.
-the active filter is not clearing correctly, if I dismiss one of the active filters all of the filters will disappear, and if I choose another category the other active filter will show with it.

    Hello Farahkh,

I have checked your page, and from the errors that I see, at least some of the issues that you face seem to relate to the way your multilingual plugin internally translates / changes variables used by our filters.

    1. Please go to annasta Filters > Filters presets > preset settings, and check in the Add Filter select box (at the top of the Preset Filters section) if you are being offered a (second) option to create new filter for taxonomies (attributes) that are already added as filters?
    2. As for the price filter not displaying, can you please check if any strings containing “price” and belonging to our plugin (for example, options starting with awf_) are being translated or otherwise altered via the string translating utility of your multilingual plugin?
    3. Also, some non-latin (Arab?) slugs (seemingly in Products > Tags) are still interrupting the correct product counts updates.

Please let me know if some (or any) of the above helps. Beyond that, if you are not pressured by time, you are most welcome to contact us if you wish us to make a more in-depth assessment of any WPML-related issues!
