    Hi,

I am importing woocommerce orders with multiple lines. In my import csv file I have columns item_line_1, item_line_2, item_line 3 etc. There can be up 200+ item lines per order.

When I try to import I only get the option to import the first 6 item_line columns in the mapping screen.

How do I import all of the item_line columns in the csv file?

    Thank you.

    Hi @peterjameswass,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Typically, when importing orders with multiple line items, the number of line item fields available for mapping should be equal to the number of line item columns present in your CSV file. If there are 6+ line item columns in your CSV file, you should see a corresponding number of line item mapping fields during the import process.

To debug the issue you are facing, could you share a sample CSV file that you are trying to import after removing sensitive information from it? You may share the CSV file by uploading it to Google Drive, WeTransfer, or any similar service and sharing the link with us.

I found that the issue was due to the number of populated item_line columns in the first row. I created a dummy input file with one row containing 500 populated item_line columns and this allowed me to map all 500 and then save that to the import template. Subsequent imports with varying numbers of populated item_line rows then worked fine.
