Multiple issues with 3.7.7

I have had to restore a backup for my site and revert to version 3.6.3 due to multiple issues. The first 3 only happen when logged in someone with Admin privileges. It seems to function correclty otherwise. The 4th one is for all users.
1. When logged in as administrator, my sub menus disappear from the nav menu. I tried another theme and a different menu addon. They all do the same.
2. Using essential elements login button, the ACF update prevents this form from being shown modally. In fact, it removes the ability in the Elementor editor to even select modal.
3. The CSS in archive posts is being overwritten and now displays abnormally. This happens in both standard WP posts and custom archive posts.
4. The “Edit Post” button now appears for all users and ignores any rules in place. Any visitor to my site can now see and click on this button. Admittedly, they cannot edit the posts, but they can still see the button.`
