    Hi there, customers are having difficulty in making payment with Afterpay.
    “Your card number is incomplete”
    All other payment methods are correctly functional.
    Afterpay say everything is working correctly, and it’s the individual users’ issue. However these customers don’t have issues with Afterpay on other websites.

    Additionally, customers are having issues logging in, and then not being able to rest their password, and then not being able to log in with the new password.
    “We were unable to verify the email address you provided. Please try again.”
    Customers are reporting being stuck in a “loop”.

    I am having difficulty updating to WordPress 6.3.1.
    I don’t know if this update will fix these issues.
    “The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found. Plugin installation failed.”

    I am also having issues with incorrect shipping being calculated (overcharging).
    Weight and dimensions are accurate to the product.

    Multiple Issues, Please help

    From what I gather, you are facing issues at your store:

    • The Afterpay payment gateway
    • Customer login
    • Updating to WordPress 6.3.1
    • Incorrect shipping being calculated

    To get an idea of how your site is configured, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via ‘WooCommerce > Status’. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
