Multiple Issues; header, Icon, and sidebars

    Hello,

    I will appreciate any help on the issues that I am encountering in setting up the layout of my site: https://nonmsm.com/

    1) Header bar and Favicon/Icon expand upon scroll – not desired.
    2) Though ‘2 sidebars : Right and Left’ are selected and dummy text is entered (via text widget), none are showing.
    3) Couldn’t figure out how NOT to show the following (without resorting to ‘show: none’ in css)

    Point to note is that I have copied, albeit with needed mod, the same child theme that I have been using in my other site: https://newsscouter.com/

    But, the subject site is not behaving like the ‘newsscouter’ one.

    Any ideas / suggestions are greatly appreciated.

    Dave,
    Thanks for looking into it. Yes, somehow, found my way around and fixed the issues – I still have the bits of ‘Fortran’ and ‘C’ stuck in my head, and the way web (html, css, php) behaves, make me feel giddy!
