Multiple Issues

  • I have easily and successfully used this plugin on multiple previous occasions – no issues.
    Today I attempted to set up our fundraiser auction and was met with a plethora of issues…
    1. Live auctions aren’t showing up on our auction page even with embedded short code at end of page (shows up in Divi Builder when I am editing the page but not visible to the public – content is not protected)
    2. No images are showing up for the thumbnails
    3. The ‘submit bid’ button won’t work – clicking submit produces no results/runs no script
    We are running the auction this week so I’ve gotta get this working ASAP or I will have to switch plugins/find a different way to do it.

    We have checked the issue on our test server but it’s working fine and the issue is not replicated in the test server.

    Your WordPress site has a theme and many plugins installed, it might be possible that due to some javascript conflict on your site, this error is happening. If it is possible for you to share the below details, it would be really helpful to solve your problem.

    -> Could you please share the version of WordPress, PHP, Mysql, and Ultimate WordPress Auction plugin on your site?

    This will help us analyze the WordPress setup that you are running and will give us an idea if WP and related software used are using the latest version or not.

    If you are using an older version then update it to the latest version and check this issue again. After that, if you will face the same issue, please post your query here.
