Multiple Issues

1. When I hover over “upload files” on the page preview, a little pencil shows up “open visual shortcode editor in new window” but I click it and nothing happens
2. When I put the mouse pointer over the “upload files” button, the mouse pointer disappears
3. The text in the “select files” and “upload files” is aligned to the bottom of the buttons
4. The text in the “upload files” button is grayed out. After I select a file, it still is grayed out and does not function.
5. The drop-down menu under the “upload files” box does not function if I click it
Not sure how to proceed.
