    hi @ladisnek, thank you for your topic and the time you took to write it, I am also trying with the contributors and your feedback to improve the plugin more and more.

    After a check the duplicate headers itself don’t cause any issues on the performance side or to the website, going back to the check I confirm you that your site uses well the plugin headers with A+ grade (securityheaders.com), well also the result (domsignal.com) and on HSTS preloaded it appears that the domain described in the topic is correctly preloaded.
