Multiple GEO Locations

  • It would be pretty cool if you could save a few GEO locations and be able to choose from among them. Rather than just having a default GEO location.
    Along with this, it would be cool to be able to name the locations so that they can be accessed with a name from the templates.
    Although I can’t be sure how much people would use it.
    It would be a neat little add on. Savable locations might be, the office, home, in-laws, parents, favorite coffee shop… The list is endless. Those of us with PowerBooks know where we will have net access, it would be neat to be able to just choose a location rather than having to look up the GEO data multiple times.
    Thoughts from anyone?

  • I would like to have this functionality too. I plan to travel a bit in the coming months and it would be nice to have the GEO locations stored in WP and just select from a list for a specific blog.
    Unfortunately I’m illiterate in PHP… ??
