• Is it possible to have multiple galleries embedded on a single page that are separate from each other. I currently have 3 galleries posted on one page through the shortcode. They are set to single thumbnail gallery along with the Foobox plugin installed so when you click on the single thumbnail it opens up the gallery in a lightbox. The problem I am having is that when I’m browsing one of the open galleries in a lightbox once I reach the last image and click the next arrow it then loads the image from one of the other galleries I have posted on the page. How can I stop this? I only want the images in that gallery to be displayed in rotation no the other ones being loaded into the same lightbox window.

    Thanks

Hi – do you have a link to your page? Are you using FooBox free or PRO?

Hello, I am having the same issue…
you can see my example here: danielcnolan.com/photography/

I have 4 images for my landscapes, 1 for flora, and 1 for fauna.

If you click on any of them to open the FooBox, you can see they all say “item # of 6”.

I wanted them each to be their own gallery.

    I am using FooBox free.

(btw, this is my favorite gallery plugin…I’ve spent the last two days trying out a LOT of different gallery plugins and this has everything I was looking for. Thank you!)

    It’s up to lightbox.
Build your galleries page as category=Galleries and each gallery as category post. Then install Simple Lightbox then Appearance -> Lightbox ->
Group items (for displaying as a slideshow) = checked
Group items by Post (e.g. on pages with multiple posts) = checked
Group gallery items separately = checked
Group widget items separately = checked
