Multiple galleries not loaded on mobile

    Hi,

    first of all, thank you for this plugin. I’ve created a page that includes 4 different sliders. The page is correctly loaded if I try to open it on a desktop, but on mobile only the first one is showed. I’ve already:

    • disabled the lazy load setting on the website (on theme level);
    • disabled the lazy load setting for all the sliders;
    • tried using different mobile devices on different networks.

    Could you please help me to fix this issue? Thank you in advance!

    After checking your page assume that you are using a loader in the mobile version. This might be the reason that the Slider not getting the proper height. You can try disabling the loader in the mobile version. Apart from suggestions, you can contact our support for further assistance. Support URL https://portal.themefic.com/support/

    Hi @codexa and @mdashikul,

    thanks for your answers and your hints. I checked and I was able to fix it by disabling the lazy loading for the mobile version of the website (it was hidden in the theme settings).
