multiple Forms on one Page Stars not working

Hello dear Support,
i would like to know, if it’s possible to have 2 forms on 1 page.
I added 2 forms to the page with different categories and unfortunately in the second form I can not select Stars in the frontend.Thanks in advance.

Hello,
Rich-reviews plugin supports only 1 form on 1 page at this time and there aren’t plans to add support. But we can add it to our list of possible future features.
