So here is my issue. The Gravity form embedded in the home page accordion is the same form as is shown on our contact us page. When it is submitted from the contact is page, everything is correctly recorded in Google Analytics.

However, when it is submitted from the home page, nothing gets recorded. Also, the two other Gravity forms on the home page are not recording anything either. All form labels match the goals setup in GA as you can see in the screenshots below.

Can this be fixed? We really need to get this information recorded correctly.

Submission tracking setups and Goals are presented below.

Following up on this so anyone with similar issues can quickly resolve them.

It seems the best way to manage the interaction between Gravity Forms and Google Analytics in this case was using Google Tag Manager instead of the Measurement Protocol. With the astute help of Ronald Huereca during a Google Hangout, we were able to successfully fix this issue once and for all. A HUGE shout out to Ronald for all the help with this. Anyone experiencing similar issues should try using the GTM method – a detailed explanation provided by Ronald Huereca is at the link below:

Again, many thanks to Ronald Huereca for spending the time to get us back on track.
