    In 3.3, definitely not. I’m writing the forms engine for 4.0 right now, and as it’s taking form the engine will allow multiple form instances on a site (although only one per page, due to a time-saving hack I’m using in JavaScript).

    That doesn’t get you a UI for configuring and deploying multiple forms, but if the architecture allows, it makes for good extensibility. In other words, it’s a feature request, but once 4.0 is out, it’s a doable (and cool) feature request.
