Multiple form tags

so, I’m trying to add a gdpr consent checkbox to an existing registration form I have on my page.
I have tried to add the shortcode for a form with the consent checkbox, but the shortcode adds a </form> before my send button.
Is it possible to just add the checkbox and let it send with the other information in the form?
