multiple form on same page confilits the data in the record

  • i had created two forms on same page, if i submit the one form it works perfectly but in the leads i got the records for the other form too with same data…any one there to help me out for this issue? i want to separate submission records for the same page

  • I have the same problem but I have 3 forms on the one page, one works ok the other 2 duplicate the data records. I can not see any thing that is different between the 3 forms that would account for 1 working as is should and the other 2 not so.

    I think we might need to change the form ID from the elementor form advanced option and tech if that works like each form will have different ID form_1 , form_2 etc ..

    I just rechecked my 3 forms and they all have unique ID’s. (sales, admin and technical). The sales form works as it should, the other 2 duplicate records.

    I just checked
    added 2 form in the contact page .. actually I did copy and paste

    given one form_1 and form_2 as ID on the Additional option of the form
    and they both worked

    it just dont work when I make the form a global widget and try to use it on any pages ..

    Some more info:

    Like Mahmud I do use the form that is causing records to be duplicated on another page.

    However the form that is not causing duplication is used on posts as part of a single post template.
