• While it is beneficial to add custom form fields, I am still struggling to figure out the best way to only include just one form on a WP page, but allow the user the option to purchase from a set list of products/services without having to manually input a price amount.

For example, on my current WP page, I list four services, each with different pricing. Currently, I have the one form on the page and the user must manually enter the price of the service they want (Not a good experience – leaves much room for error). I can not use a select option either for Authorize.net will not know the price to charge based on service selected.

Is there a way this can be done currently which I may be unaware of? Or perhaps a way I can create multiple custom form instances on the page without conflict?
