Multiple Form Fills – Stop from Being Spammed

For some reason, people seem to fill out the form 2-3 times and it gets marked as spam… which they aren’t and the copy of the report that gets sent isn’t reader friendly and I don’t catch them for the client fast enough (I check weekly) so I think they are missing out on leads because people are inpatient. Is there any way to NOT spam someone who fills out the form 2-3x (albeit an error). I mean 2-3 in 1 minute is crazy, but they do.
