Multiple footers needed on one site

I have need for three “footers” (or at least footer spaces). Someone has told me it requires “conditional php” (I don’t know the first thing about php). This is what I need.

1. Blank page – it needs a footer space but nothing in it for use with a pop-up form.
2. Basic footer – I have two lines; one is the copyright line and the other is for the social network links.
3. Advanced footer – Includes the basic footer but includes three widgets above that.

I have the mockup, layouts — whatever. What I need is a way to, I guess, choose which one should be used with a specific page e.g. the Advanced footer will be used on the index page, about page, contact page; the basic footer will be used on the legal pages and site map; the blank page will just be used for the pop-up form.
