Multiple "fixed price" curencies.

We are a small start-up company who sell our products in Europe as well as USA/Canada.
For reasons of product configuration, shipping, customs duties etc., we have a fixed price list for USA/Canada, for UK and Ireland and for “other” EU countries, showing the prices (fixed price) in respectively $, ￡ and €.
The number of products are limited (6 products per price list), and the ideal (but not necessary) solution would be if it could be done by creating variable products where the price does not show up until a variation (US, EU or UK/Ireland) has been chosen, and the customer then during the check-out procedure confirm which currency to pay in (could perhaps be done through a currency converter).
Is there a way that we can reflect these currencies in WooCommerce?
Will we have to establish a new shop for each of the currencies, or can it be controlled in some way from within WooCommerce or through a (preferably free) plug-in?
Please note that I am not looking for a currency converter (I can find plenty of those)!
