Multiple filtration while selecting a doctor

Hi,
I am creating for a hospital where hospital has multiple departments and each department have 5-6 doctors. Can we make it filterable like if we select one department it must show the doctors available in that department and also can we have different available time for each doctor. Or is their any other plugin which can meet my requirements. Please Help
