Multiple filters for listing plugin?

Hi there,
sorry if in the wrong section.
I need to be able to display a list of people in a page and to have 2 filters on the page (County and City) and a Search. I could use jQuery or backbone on client side, but I was wondering, is there any plugin which already has this feature?
