Multiple Files

  • I have added the following code to the page

    [email-download download_id=”1330” contact_form_id=”1329”]
    which brings up the form as I would expect it to and downloads absolutely fine.

    However, I would like there to be an option of multiple files so I have added the file in Download Monitor and then added its file ID after a comma in the download_id as follows

    [email-download download_id=”1330. 1341” contact_form_id=”1329”]

    When I do this I get two tick boxes appear, one with the name of the brochure, and one just saying [Download not found]. I have tried adding it as two files in one ‘download’ on Download Monitor and also adding the file as a separate ‘download’ in its own right and whatever I do it refuses to display the second download.

    Any ideas?

    Problem solved, I was using the ID for the file, not for the ‘download’ and for some reason they’re completely different numbers
