Multiple file upload not working

  • Hello, i have enabled the option to “Maximum files to upload” to 4 files, but the link “add new file” under the uploader is not working and users can only upload 1 file.
    Could you please help? Thanks

    Each file has to be added one by one.

    I will check why the button is not working.

    I can’t reproduce the problem with the ‘Add New File’ button, it works fine on my end. Can you check if you maybe have some JavaScript or jQuery errors on your website, because when jQuery code fails anywhere on they website it stops other code from working and that can cause this button to fail. If that is the case, you have to fix the broken code wherever it is, and my plugin code will work.
