Multiple file downloads MISSING

Hi, I have several packages that had multiple files in the package that are now only showing ONE file. Is that capability not available anymore?? This is a huge problem, as I have MANY packages that included multiple files and it is causing a lot of problems with my audience. The posts specifically state that there are multiple files in a zip to download but when they download it’s only ONE file. I also only see one file on the backend. Please help!
