Multiple feeds- summary and full text

Hi,
On the setting page, there is an option to send blog posts as summary feeds or full-text feeds. I prefer summary feeds because it looks better on LinkedIn and other social media sites.
But full text feeds work better for content syndicators.

Is there a way I can create a new feed for just full text versions and maintain the summary feed for my other needs?

I’m not a techie, so I need specific step-by-step instructions using feedburner or other tools so That I can have two kinds of article feeds- full text and summary.
