I have 8 feeds defined on the back-end. I have a shortcode on one page that is supposed to show events from all 8 feeds. It’s been working fine for many months, but recently we noticed that it’s not showing all events.

Here’s the page:

Here’s the shortcode in use on the page:
[gcal id=”13864,13859,13860,13867,13861,13865,13862,13863,13866″ type=”list”] (I’ve tried creating a brand-new page with this same shortcode; it has the same problem)

Here’s a regular google calendar iframe with all the same calendars (plus one extra):

The feeds themselves show their events. If you view, for example, the feed for “brotherhood etc”, you can see it has a couple of events:

Those two events also show up in the google iframe month grid (above). But they don’t show up on the What’s Happening page.

Use latest version of the plugin (2.2.6). Not sure when the problem started, but it very well might have been just after the plugin was upgraded from 2.2.5, which was 2 weeks ago.

Hi Fulvio,

I updated to 2.2.7, cleared caches, etc. Problem is not fixed. See details in my post above. A specific example: There are events on Sept 18 and Sept 20 that you can see on the monthly calendar (served in an iframe from google) and the individual feed pages, but that don’t show up in the gcal shortcodes (homepage, and what’s happening page).

Monthly calendar (go to Sept to see events on 18 and 20):

sorry for the late reply

I was going through this together with another person maintaining the plugin because I wasn’t sure of the issue either and didn’t have an answer yet for you

I don’t think it will fix your issue, but can you try switching just temporarily to UTC timezone from your WordPress general options, reset the feed cache (you can do this at once from the feeds page, there’s a bulk action for that since the last release) and then try again

but I don’t think it will solve it – if it doesn’t you can switch back to your original time zone

Did you remove the calendar from your “What’s happening” page? I see the iframe version but I don’t see the one from the plugin you were referencing.

Also, your settings seem to be fine so that is a very odd issue that this just started happening.

We also, just pushed an update to 2.2.8, not sure if anything in there will help, but it’s good to update anyway.

Sorry for the odd issue and we will continue to do what we can to help.
