    Hi Gorbo,

    I am using Multiple FAQ, all I do is type the question in, then the answer then click add and repeat the process. But both on google structured data testing and google search console it comes up with duplicate errors.

    I have not used Gtag manager, only your plug in.

    I do have yoast Seo plugin which I know allows for FAQ schema through the block editor. But the category pages do not have the block editor so I can’t access it.

    I would reeeally like to use FAQ schema on this page if you can tell me how to fix it iIwould be very appreciative

    I have started a new thread since you click resolved on my last thread.

    Hi @zoe84 ,

    the problem is, that you have inserted FAQ shortcodes multiple times on the same page.

    You do not need to insert the multi-FAQ Shortcode multiple times. You can answer all questions within one shortcode!
    Select MultiFAQ in your TinyMCE and at the bottom of the lightboxmodal (where you insert the question and the answer) you’ll find a button “Add one” – this means “Add another FAQ”. Then you can add second, a third etc. FAQ.

    Hi Gordon, I have not entered it multiple times so I assume this is a flaw in the plugin.

    I click MultiFAQ and then click ‘add’ another faq.

    Why is it causing duplicate faqs. If there is a way to share a video with you let me know I can do this

    I have just tested it again same result.

    Hi @zoe84 ,
    this usually happens when the editor does not work at a stretch, but later adds FAQs and restarts the dialog.

    Can you post the shortcode here that I can have a look at?

    Greetings
    Gordon

    Hi @zoe84 ,
    now I have found the problem: the plugin has no error but your theme!

    All your content is output twice in source code – here you have to rework the integration of woocommerce in your theme.

    The duplicate content in the product header is only hidden by CSS

    header.woocommerce-products-header {
        display: none !important;
    }

    Greetings

    Hey Gordon
    Thanks for that. Sorry I am very non technical. Do I have to send this to the theme developer? Or the person who managed the transfer of my website to this theme?

    Is what you said above all the information they need?

    Much appreciated for your help, sorry for incorrectly thinking it was your plugin. I am grateful it has highlighted this issue.

    Regards
    Zoe

    Hi @zoe84 ,

    i think you should contact the woocommerce integrator or the guy/girl who set up the whole website.

    Give him/her the information above and send also the following screenshot: https://wpsc-plugin.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/Auswahl_237.png

    Greetings, Gordon
