I have been working with the free version for some time, without luck. I upgraded to the full Pro version in hopes it would help, or I would at least have access to support. That is not so.

    1. I can install a single video within Avada, using the default editor. I don’t know if there is another way to do so, and don’t even know if I am doing it correctly.

    2. The video is embedded, but it ignores the columns and containers. In other words, I can see it on the page, but it is so large as to disrupt all other elements on the page, and is not stylable at all, not amenable to an adjacent text box, etc.

    3. On iOS, video is so large as to be off the page by more than half its width.

    4. I cannot embed my channel, using the same URL as I use for the single video. I keep getting this broad error message about permissions, and have not been able to correlate that with anything on YT.

    5. Tutorial videos do not apparently include the basics. For somebody using this for the first time, I am not looking for details on a live stream when I cannot even get one video to embed properly. Couldn’t you have a little more simple introduction so a beginner to the plugin can avoid obvious mistakes?

And access to ‘Priority Support?’ In the small print after installing, in the settings window on WP, there is an email address, with ‘we might get back to you in a week.’

After many hours of trying to resolve this, I have no progress. I am posting here because I don’t think a reply in a week or so is going to help. Thanks in advance

This post inaccurate portrays our support/service in multiple ways — especially the statements on priority support. Further @swmri got a direct email response to his Pro support request within a few hours after sending it — notably on a Saturday of Memorial Day weekend (5/23/2020). That’s actually a response time that most companies would be proud of.
