I apologize for posting exactly the same question that you answered over a year ago, but I can’t get it to work.

    The page looks like this:
    [table id=13 datatables_buttons=”csv,excel” datatables_columnfilterwidgets=true /]

I added to the Custom Commands on the table, that you provided the prior person:
    “dom”: “BWlfrtip”

If I remove one or the other table extensions they work but with both I only get the columnfilterwidgets.

Did I miss a step? Oh, yes, I do have the Buttons plug in activated and it works if I remove the other extension.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

Can you please check if you are using the correct (upright) quotation marks in the Shortcode, i.e.

    [table id=13 datatables_buttons="csv,excel" datatables_columnfilterwidgets=true /]

    ?

    Regards,
    Tobias

Thank you! I had copied that example from somewhere and did not realize the example had the wrong type of quote marks. I replaced the “curved quotes” with the “upright quotes” and it worked perfect.

    Again,
    Thanks
