Multiple errors on cached pages

  • If this plugin actually worked it would fully deserve 5 stars but on my site it has caused 1 problem after another.

    The answers from tech support are ways to bodge a fix without addressing the actual cause of the problems.

    Certainly with my website built with Astra theme, Litepseed Cache randomly breaks webpages so they display incorrectly.

    I’m sorry to hear this.

    The fact is that while most sites don’t experience any issues, some sites do. And these issues are unique to each site. So, finding the root cause often involves a lot of trial and error.

    Our support team’s responses may have been misinterpreted. We were attempting to get to the root cause, but it does sometimes require several steps before the cause is discovered and addressed.

    It’s understandable if you don’t currently have the time (or interest) to take a deep dive and figure out the issues, but if you ever change your mind, we’re here.
