Multiple errors after update

Hello,

I’m getting an error on “new event” page (/wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=event)

and the page doesn’t display correctly (only title field, no content field, etc.)

And I can’t ether edit older events (no date or venue update, etc.)

One event created shows an error (https://www.braisetango.com/agenda/fete-de-la-musique-de-braise-tango-3/)

I tried disabling all other plugins. The server uses php 7.2.

Is there anything to do to find the origin of this error ?
