Multiple Errors Occurring on My Site

  • A few days about my site started doing weird things. I’ve lost the ability to use the Avia Advanced Layout builder (any new post doesn’t show it but ones I already have do), every time I make a change to a block or other elements the page scrolls back to the top and I have to scroll back to where you just were, It’s duplicating blocks and the content within them on my site, and turned on comments, it also made the post referenced super skinny instead of full width when all I did was attempt to add new content to the page, and blocks/elements have been removed from pages.

    My theme is the Enfold Child. My theme, WP, and widgets are all up to date.
    Can someone help?

    This plugin is part of the commercial theme Enfold. As such, we’re unable to install the plugin or theme to offer any assistance.

    What about the fact that all that other stuff is going on? is there any reports of the latest WP update effecting peoples current sites?

    Temporarily disable ALL plugins AND switch to the default theme (Twenty Twenty-Four) — so that you’ll be be running vanilla WordPress without any 3rd-party code.

    Every update will impact at least one of the millions of WordPress sites out there… and that’s no indication that there’s some bug in WordPress. In fact, most problems arising after updating WordPress are a result of out-of-date themes and/or plugins.
