Multiple Entries Cause Conflice

I run an personality profile at https://www.edgyaudit.com.
I noticed a syncing error where when someone (with the same email address) fills out the quiz that the data is not automatically updated in Infusionsoft.
I would have thought that this plugin would overwrite what was in those fields with the most recent data. Instead it “zeros” out all the data.
Is this a know issue?
OR
Is there a way to “not sync” redundant data (based on email address)?
