  • I’m also having this error. It seems that the form doesn’t submit (outofoffice.com) and so the user presses submit multiple times. The form is not redirecting to our thank you page.

    Looks like issue could be widespread?

    Same issue with me but I saw that the user does it because a circle like loading/sending sign is spinning arround for minutes. So he thinks the message was not send and presses send again. I rolled back from 5.4 to 5.2 and the issue was still there but I think we did not have it before. What caused that?

    Seems the authors aren’t interested in fixing this, I guess I’ll find another plugin.
