    Unsolvable, sorry. See some of the suggestions in this thread, if nothing helps, you’ll need to find a different plugin. It just happens on some installations and we can’t figure out the reason.

    Just thought I would say that I’m still having the same problem. However, I’ve found that the first email I send on “0” days only goes out once. The emails that are scheduled for days 5, 10, 15 are the ones that are sent out multiple times.

    message for day 5 sent once every hour, 5 times in a row !!! So sorry that I have to shop for a new autoresponder. I’m glad I waited to buy the Premium version. I hate asking for refunds!

    I wish we could fix this issue somehow. I really like your autoresponder, and I was ready to purchase the Premium version!

    I wish it ten more times than you but we cannot reproduce it and therefore cannot fix it.

    The issue has not been observed in the Pro version. Feel free to drop us email and we’ll send you evaluation copy.

    Your instruction in the software (Free version) says to set the cron job once a day, ONCE EVERY HOUR…(this is what I changed, to once every 24 hours).
    The correct setting is: 0 0 * * *
    Minute = At the beginning of the hour (0)
    Hour = 12 midnight (0)
    Day = Everyday (*)
    Month = Every Month (*)
    Weekday = Everyday (*)

    Set your cron job to the above setting, and you will not get duplicate, or multiple emails.
