    Hi, when a application form is submitted, up until recently it went to two email addresses, now one does not receive it. I have checked to make sure I have a “,” after them. please help. thxs

    Hi,

    We are kindly asking you to compare the Email options of the Email addresses separately.

    For example, you can copy the form and try to submit the form with one Email address, then another one. You can check fields like Subject , From Name,in Email Options.

    Hi

    I went through it and entered only one email address and different ones as well, tested and info was received as expected. However, when I put two email addresses in only the first email receives the info. I have tried the following and the last email address with and without a comma.

    membership@blc, [email protected](,)

    Like I said before it worked perfectly up until two ago!! Now I am lost

    I have tested the issue on our latest free and premium versions and it works as expected, I have added emails like this, please see the screenshot https://nimb.ws/rjuAEt.

    I upgraded the plugin but the version is 2.13.28, is this correct?

    Please enter 10web Manager > Plugins section > Available updates and update the plugin to the latest version.

    I have now managed to upgrade to 2.13.30 version but my problem still exists. I have entered two email addresses, and used different emails as well, to receive the completed form. However only the first email will receive the completed form not the second. Could this be due a php setting? thxs
