    Is there a way to direct emails to different recipients based upon a dropdown selection?

    It’s definitely possible, although you’ll need to use a filter and a bit of PHP. If you’re up for the challenge, we’ll be glad to suggest a snippet!

    I think it would be a very useful feature.

    We agree, it’s a really neat idea. Conditional logic is already on our roadmap, and that could be the right context to make this possible without the need for filters and PHP fiddling. We don’t have a timeline for that yet, though. Our best suggestions for the moment is to keep an eye on updates!

    In the meanwhile, if you really need to get this working, just shoot us a message and we’ll be glad to share some simple PHP snippets.
