Multiple Emails

Almost perfect and likely will be when I get this resolved.
I need to send the site admin the same email I am sending the user. I have tried this –

%useremail%
[email protected]

and
%useremail%,[email protected]

Dear %username%,

This is an automatic delivery message to notify you that a new file has been uploaded. <br>%filepath%%filename% <br>from %username%

I am attaching the file.

In both instances, %username% received the email, the admin did not.

Help please, what am I doing wrong?
